1-2-09 Vacuuming the Floor

My almost favorite thing to do (besides play with Mommy and Daddy's cell phones) is to help Mommy vacuum. I know just were Mommy keeps the vacuum and when she opens that closet door I high-tail there so that I can waive at it. Today, Mommy got out the vacuum and I took it upon myself to help her out by cleaning up around my toys.

Christmas 2008

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. First off, when we left Tipton we got on the road and just before we got to Des Moines, the roads got really icy. There were a lot of accidents and Mommy and Daddy were scared that we were going to be next. So, we got off of the interstate and took back highways all the way to Lincoln. This trip, it took us 9 hours to get back. I was a good little trooper and didn't cause a fuss. I knew that Mommy and Daddy were already stressed out and didn't need me to add to it. Finally, when we got to Grandma Johnson's, I seriously had a huge blow out. I never really do that. I guess I was a little more stressed out than I thought! I had pooh all over me. It was up my back, my front, and on my eyebrow. Mommy and Daddy took me straight into the bathroom and started stripping me down. Mommy wiped me down the best that she could and then all of a sudden, I had to pee. Yikes!!! I couldn't hold it any more so I peed off of the sink that I was standing on and right onto Grandma's floor. Mommy and Daddy couldn't believe it. They finally got me into the tub and got me washed up. When I got out of the tub, I took off running across Grandma's livingroom and because there was a little draft, I had to stop and pee again (so I did on Grandma's floor). Mommy and Daddy just stood there and laughed. I guess I was "marking my spot" for the next few days at her house.

While we were in Lincoln, I spent time with Grandma Johnson, Papa Johnson, Great Grandma, Aunt Amber, cousin's Skyler, Tierra, and Zander, Tommy, and Sue. I also got to see Carla and Meghan, but missed out on some of my other close relatives. Whenever we are in Lincoln, we do a lot of going. That is for sure. I got so many cool gifts from everybody. I especially like my battery-operated Star Wars 4-Wheeler from Grandma Johnson. I can really get around now!

On Christmas Eve, we left Lincoln and went to Grandma and Grandpa Dunn's. While I was there, I got to see my grandparents, Aunt Tiffany, Uncle Henry, Uncle Mitchell, cousin's Caden and Carter. Caden, Carter and I really had a lot of fun. Grandma and Grandpa bought us some "Superman" pj's and I have to say that I looked pretty darn cool in them.

We left Grandma and Grandpa Dunn's on Sunday and drove back to Tipton. This week Daddy has had the week off of work and Mommy has had most of it off. It has been really nice just chillin around the house after such a big week last week in Nebraska. I hope that everybody had a great Christmas.
